About Me
My Partner Kerri and I are very proud of our rather ordinary MKII wagon which we purchased in 2005 from the original owner. We also have a MKIII Sedan which is being used as a daily driver at the moment and we have just recemtly got hold of a very rusty but salvageble (we hope) MKII ute which we hope to rebuild and use as a daily driver and workhorse, therefore giving the MKIII a rest. As members of the Melbourne Zephyr and Zodiac Owners Club and the Macedon Ranges and District Motor Club we have a pretty active social life around the cars. Having also recently joined the ZZOCSA we hope to continue our association with that club for a long time also. |

My Mark IV Executive photographed at the All Ford Day a few years ago. This model does not carry a Zephyr or Zodiac badge. Features 4 wheel independent suspension, 4 wheel disk brakes, and is fitted with factory sunroof, and 4 speed manual transmission with Laycock electric overdrive. Believed to be a 1968 model, it was brought out to Western Australia by the original owner, and sold to Eddy Crabtree, who in turn sold it to myself in about 1997. For a while it was fitted with LPG, but that's been removed. Suspension, gearbox, overdrive, engine (to suit ULP), and brakes have all been overhauled. The body's been stripped and repainted in original Blue Mink, and other than having Ford Falcon XD wheel rims, the car is as it should be. |
